Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return request must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Gift cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
